Leslie Rosen is the founder and Program Director for the New York Distance Dietetic Internship – NYDDI. Leslie graduated with a Master’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from New York University. Leslie has worn many hats in his distinguished career as a Registered Dietitian, but none more rewarding than the work he does now. He is warm, funny, sincere, and empathetic. He truly gets it and works exclusively for you.
Gail Cotler-Rosen, Program Coordinator, is a retired former Assistant Principal for over thirty years with the New York City Board of Education. In her role supporting and mentoring teachers, Gail developed the skill set that easily translated into helping interns get through the rough patches and finding their essential self. She brings a strong passion to her work. She is very approachable and responsive to your needs.
Dr. Xinyin Jiang is a Registered Dietitian, Associate Professor, and preeminent clinical instructor for NYDDI. An She has accumulated over 10 years’ experience conducting research on nutrition. She teaches courses on clinical nutrition, nutrition and disease, and nutrition research at an accredited college. Her lectures are engrossing. She enjoys discussing all clinical nutrition topics with interns.
Tania Collazo is a registered dietitian and health-supportive chef from Brooklyn, New York. She is the Senior Director of Nutrition for New York's largest most prominent social service agency serving the aging. She is the President-Elect of the Association for Healthcare and Foodservice, NY Chapter. She loves being an instructor for NYDDI and welcomes interns as a preceptor. She is dedicated to educating interns on the connection between food and wellness.
