COMPLETION REQUIREMENTS

Interns need to complete their rotations. In the event an intern cannot complete their rotation within the allotted timeframe, they may request an extension or leave of absence from the Program Director in writing. Requests will be carefully reviewed and must be approved in writing before being granted.

Please work with your preceptors to ensure evaluation forms are submitted on time.

If an intern needs to request time away from their rotation, they must let the program director know via email and call as soon as possible. Every effort will be made to accommodate reasonable requests.
