Official transcripts from colleges and universities attended must be sent to:

DICAS scans your transcript and places an electronic copy in your application.

You may apply to our program prior to graduation. However, we will require an official copy of your final transcript when your degree is posted for interns matched to NYDDI.

Special consideration may be applied for interns taking summer classes prior to the start of the fall program. NYDDI must receive the official final transcripts and DPD verification statement before interns may begin the program.
